Anne and Craig Dunlop have been in business together since 1981. Purchasing their first property in 1984 and their first real estate company in 1989. Their involvement has seen them grow to part owning four franchise offices in the Manawatu and Hawkes Bay, to starting RedEx in 2004, specializing in property management, commercial property ownership and commercial real estate.

They have both done the hard yards, being completely self made. Both still have very active roles within the company and both enjoy working alongside superb colleges in what is a very friendly, warm and innovative environment.

Purchasing a block of flats before they purchased a home was, and probably still is, a little unusual. But thats just what they did. Jumping into the deep end has given them real insight and a hands on experience second to none.

Over the subsequent 20 plus years there is not much they have not seen (or stories told) in the property management scene!

Craig's commercial real estate work has enabled them to build a small portfolio of diversified properties. Their 32 tenants are spread over a wide variety of industries, ranging from industrial-car sales-prime retail and offices.

They truly love what they do, working with and for great people, creating wealth for their clients and owning and running a fantastic business.
